Terms of Service

By using DayTick, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of Service

DayTick is intended for personal productivity and task management. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws and regulations.

2. Account & Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into DayTick. All data is stored locally on your device, and we do not have access to your content.

  • For users who enable premium features, optional iCloud sync may be used to synchronize data across devices.
  • This data is stored within your personal iCloud account and managed by Apple.
  • You are responsible for managing your data and backups.

3. Pro Subscription

Pro features are offered as optional subscriptions with recurring billing.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings.
  • Payments and refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies.
  • Prices may change in the future, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use DayTick for any unlawful purpose. Respect the app's intent as a productivity tool.

5. Disclaimer

DayTick is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, arising from the use of DayTick. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.

7. Intellectual Property

DayTick, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Robin. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to DayTick if these terms are violated. Users may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms anytime. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
